Cindavi is seeking a Test Engineer to take concepts through validated performance on high-quality vegetation management equipment. You will define performance expectations, create validation plans, and lead cross-functional testing from Engineering, R&D, Product Management, Operations, to customers.

You will work hands-on with hydraulic and electrical systems, analyze data, and deliver clear reports that drive product and process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural, or related engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in product testing, validation, development, or related engineering role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lead projects and communicate across teams.
• Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems preferred.
• Hands-on experience operating forestry, construction, agricultural, or similar heavy equipment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute test and validation plans for components and complete equipment systems.
• Coordinate product testing with Engineering and R&D, ensuring resources, timing, and technical focus are in place.
• Analyze test data, prepare clear reports for internal and external audiences, and recommend product or process improvements.
• Build and maintain testing policies, procedures, work instructions, and documentation that strengthen consistency and quality.
• Research and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment that support effective testing activities.
• Conduct site, customer, and field testing as needed, while managing project-related testing costs and resources.

Qualifications:

• The ability to translate product requirements into practical test methods, disciplined documentation, and meaningful conclusions.
• Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems is preferred.
• Hands-on experience operating forestry, construction, agricultural, or similar heavy equipment is preferred.
