Qualifications

• One (1) year of progressively responsible utility related experience; OR any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate meter service area as part of daily duties.
• Interact with customers by phone, in person, or in writing.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and meter reading routes.
• Review service orders for accuracy and KPI adherence.
• Maintain safety practices and proper equipment operation.
