USIC Locating Services, LLC is hiring outdoor field technicians to locate and mark underground utilities across designated areas. You will work independently with a company vehicle, responding to locate requests with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology and field devices.
• Available for overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
• Able to pass a drug screen (safety-sensitive role).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Ability to distinguish colors used to identify wiring.
• Ability to read locate tickets, maps and prints.
• Strong communication with colleagues, customers, contractors and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Locate underground utilities safely and efficiently (telecommunications, electric, gas, water, sewer).
• Mark locations accurately, complete documentation, and photograph each locate.
