Job summary

ELM Utility Services is seeking a Utility Locate Technician in the Lake of the Ozarks, MO area. You will independently perform utility marking to protect excavation sites, using marking paint and flags as you travel between job sites in a company-provided vehicle.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass pre-employment checks. Wages start at $23.00 per hour and go up to $30.00 per hour depending on experience; on-call and overtime may

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors independently.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Locate and mark underground utilities using marking paint and flags.
• Operate with a company-provided vehicle as a mobile office and complete daily locate routes.
• Work on-call rotation and overtime, including nights and weekends when needed.
