Pirc-Tobin Construction, Inc. is seeking individuals to join our Des Moines project crews for the upcoming spring season of 2026. Jobs include installation of water and sanitary sewer pipes, grading, and demolition on infrastructure projects.

Applicants must be willing to learn, pass a physical and drug test, and commit to safety standards while joining a team that values dependability, honesty, and continuous personal growth.

Qualifications

• Experience not required.
• Must pass physical ability and drug test prior to working.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry 20-75 lbs regularly.
• Learn and follow safety standards.
• Field training on hand and cordless tools and lasers.
• Daily transportation to project sites.
• Open to training in all utility installation avenues.
• Seasonal full-time work with overtime March–December.
• 40–55 hours/week, weather-dependent.
