Qualifications

• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related program, or a high school diploma with construction experience.
• Strong work ethic and interest in the construction industry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions.
• Basic math and measurement skills; good communication.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
