Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Background investigation and favorable adjudication.
• Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer participation.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and driving records.
• Uniform standards and uniform allowance.

Responsibilities

• Provide facility management support for a small park and supervise staff.
• Oversee multi-year/operational budgets and track funding allocations.
• Utilize facility management software for asset management and cost analysis.
• Maintain asset inventories and develop deferred maintenance costs.
• Establish project scope, goals, and deliverables for maintenance projects.
• Serve as Contracting Officer's Technical Representative for contracted work.
• Maintain a current safety and training program and enforce policies.
• Recruit, supervise, evaluate, and recognize subordinate staff.
