Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and directs work to operate facilities and assets.
• Performs and maintains asset inventories and condition assessments for the purpose of developing deferred maintenance costs.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of park management documents.
• Establishes project scope, goals, objectives, deliverables, compliance requirements, and alternatives for maintenance projects.
• Implements safety and training programs to eliminate at-risk behaviors and environments.
• Maintains cost records and prepares annual work budget plans for maintenance operations.
• Tracks, analyzes, and reconciles annual funding allocations in coordination with administrative staff.
• Prepares completion reports, as-built documents, operations and maintenance manuals.
