Job description

The Agency is actively seeking business partners to mentor for senior positions. We are looking for confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to build a team and sell simplified instant issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about mortgage payments in case of death, disability, etc.

Our offerings include simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt-free life, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits. Currently, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to handle them. Clients fill out a form requesting information, then a field underwriter contacts them to set appointments via phone or Zoom and assist with insurance applications.

We provide online training from top sales reps and team builders, one-on-one mentorship, and events—no experience necessary. We seek winners with a growth mindset who are coachable and driven to succeed. Commitment and consistency are essential for reaching the top levels.

COMPENSATION

The average commission per application ranges from $450 to $650 (results vary). Full-time underwriters typically handle 5 or more applications weekly. You can start part-time or full-time.

Agency owners with several years of experience, who are promoted every two to three months, can generate passive incomes of $200,000 to $500,000 annually (results vary).
