Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret utility maps and prints to locate underground assets.
• Prioritize locate requests and plan travel routes and timelines.
• Operate handheld locating equipment.
• Mark locations with spray paint, flags, and other tools.
• Work in confined spaces and varying terrains.
• Comply with Utah state laws and APWA color codes.
• Wear safety gear and operate safety equipment.
• Maintain daily contact with supervisor, crews, homeowners, and contractors.
