Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp is seeking Field Trip staff in New York, NY to supervise campers, coordinate activities, and ensure safety during field trips. You will work with a planning team to support day-to-day operations, communicate with parents, and help keep budgets on track.

The role focuses on leadership, teamwork, and hands-on engagement with kids in a dynamic camp setting. Prior camp experience and CPR/First Aid certification are required before Day 1.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp-age children, with 1 year preferred, in either a professional, personal or volunteer setting.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications)

Responsibilities

• Actively supervising campers and supporting staff to achieve optimal performance.
• Ensure adherence to camp policies and safety guidelines.
• Manage budget for food and activities and coordinate with parents/guardians.
• Supply management and replenishment; complete administrative tasks as assigned.
• Ensure training completion of self and staff.
