Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience with camp-age children.
• First Aid & CPR certification required before Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervising campers and supporting staff.
• Conduct regular check-ins and midseason evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to state and camp policies.
• Report notable concerns or injuries to campers or staff.
• Track camper allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Manage budgets for food and activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
• Maintain supplies and complete administrative tasks.
