Job summary

Steve and Kate's Camps is seeking Field Trip staff to accompany campers on activities, supervise staff and campers, and contribute to safe, engaging field trips in New York. You will help coordinate logistics, travel between stops, and support families and guardians throughout the day.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have 2+ months of experience with camp-age children, and hold First Aid/CPR certification. This role offers hands-on leadership, teamwork, and opportunities to foster creativity and play.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 2 months experience with camp-age children; 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications).

Responsibilities

• Actively supervising campers and supporting staff to achieve optimal performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, budget adherence, and maintain communication with parents/guardians.
