Job summary

United Protective Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Training Supervisor (FTO) in the Dallas area to mentor security officers, lead training, and uphold client standards. The role focuses on developing post procedures, documenting training, and maintaining accountability across shifts.

The position requires prior security leadership experience, reliability, and availability for night schedules. Compensation is $19.00 per hour with full-time benefits and growth opportunities in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Prior security experience required; supervisory or lead role preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor effectively.
• Must be professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including some nights/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new security officers on post orders, procedures, and company policies.
• Conduct on-site evaluations and ensure compliance with client and company standards.
• Serve as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Provide feedback and coaching to officers to improve performance.
• Complete training documentation and submit reports as required.
• Assist branch management with coverage, inspections, and client relations as needed.

Friday: 11PM- 7AM

Saturday: 11PM- 7AM

Sunday: 11PM- 7AM

Monday: 11PM- 7AM

Tuesday: OFF

Thursday: OFF

Pay Rate: 19.00 per hour.

As a Field Supervisor (FTO), you will play a key role in developing and mentoring new security officers in the field. This position requires strong leadership skills, professionalism, and prior security experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others succeed in a security career.
