Qualifications

• 4 years minimum in Substation, Transmission, Underground or Overhead Distribution.
• Willing to travel to multiple locations to facilitate training as needed.
• Must meet OSHA 500 certification requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and facilitate training for new hires, annual compliance, and job-specific programs.
• Produce and distribute training materials, rosters, and records.
• Lead training events in corporate or community settings.
• Ensure safety policies and PPE compliance on job sites.
