Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a hands-on Training Coordinator to support and develop our Brand Ambassador team. This role blends structured training with in-field coaching to ensure new hires are set up for success and continually improve performance.

The position involves managing onboarding, delivering in-person and virtual training, and evaluating field performance. Travel within the market is required, with a Wednesday–Sunday schedule and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or employee development.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Comfortable facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding process, including scheduling, materials, and timely completion of all tasks.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) for new hires and existing team members.
• Train and evaluate performance in the field.
• Develop and deliver training programs that improve performance and close skill gaps.
• Partner with leadership to identify training needs and align programs with business goals.
• Track and maintain training records to ensure compliance.
• Monitor key metrics such as onboarding timelines, retention, and training effectiveness.
