We are looking for an experienced Field Training Manager who can bring Amazon’s customer obsession to life in a grocery retail environment. You will be accountable for empowering salaried managers and hourly associates by delivering comprehensive training and development that drives operational excellence, fosters a culture of growth, and ensures the continued success of the Amazon Fresh network. You will play a vital role in maintaining a vibrant team culture based on customer obsession, trust, respect, continuous learning, safety, and fun.
Field Training Managers are process-driven, comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity, detail-oriented and able to think outside the box. Field Training Managers demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent ownership, the ability to meet deadlines, a willingness to learn new things, and a commitment to the customer and employee experience.
You will travel extensively in the geos you support and must be readily available to quickly respond to unplanned issues that affect training operations. This role works in-stores 5-days a week. On average overnight travel is expected to be 25%. During peaks, travel could increase to 75% -100%.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
