Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Field Training Coach to administer and facilitate training programs, resources, and field training activities across our markets in the United States. This role reports to the Director of Training and serves as a bridge between the training department and restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in the restaurant industry with training experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in the restaurant industry with exposure to training.
• Experience delivering training programs and coaching teams.
• Strong planning, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer training programs and resources.
• Coordinate field training activities across markets.
• Coach leaders to promote high-potential employees.
• Ensure Learning Zone training and MTM/ARL programs are followed.
• Conduct quarterly CORE audits and manager rallies.
