BBSS Beyond Blue is seeking a trainer/coordinator to assist in coordinating and delivering security training programs for staff readiness and compliance. You will support development, scheduling, and documentation of sessions for both new and current security officers.
You will participate in on-site training activities, promote safety practices, and maintain training records in line with department standards. This role requires attention to confidentiality and policy adherence.
Responsible for assisting in the coordination and delivery of security training programs to ensure staff readiness and compliance with organizational standards.
Supports the development, scheduling, and documentation of training sessions for new and current security officers.
Participates in on-site and off-site training activities to promote consistent safety and security practices.
Ensures accurate maintenance of training records and materials while supporting departmental education initiatives.
High school diploma or equivalent experience
0-2 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical setting, or a relevant area
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part‑time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
