Job summary

Harper GC is seeking applicants for a hands-on construction role in Fayetteville, NC. The team performs underground and above-ground pipe installation, concrete forming/pouring, and equipment installation on diverse projects.

The position requires ability to operate power tools, read measurements, and work in varying conditions on construction sites. Minimal travel and a valid US driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in construction environments.
• Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel minimally to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pipe installation, including measuring and cutting.
• Operate a variety of power tools and basic heavy equipment.
• Install pipe hangers, supports, and miscellaneous metal.
• Assist with site work, excavations, and form work as directed.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
