Job summary

ARMI is seeking hard-working tradespeople for full‑time manual labor in Fayetteville, AR. You will interpret blueprints, lay out piping systems, and assemble pipelines according to specifications while traveling for overnight projects. The role requires lifting heavy loads, operating cutting tools, and complying with safety standards.

Trade school or equivalent experience is required, with OSHA 10 preferred. A valid driver’s license and background check are part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Trade school and/or 2+ years of drawing isometric drawings.
• Ability to travel 100% of the time.
• Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• OSHA 10, preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
• Proficient in pulling measurements and making takeoffs.
• Draw and interpret isometric drawings.
• Cut and thread pipe to specifications, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, pipe threaders and benders.
• Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment according to specifications.
• Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipelines, using pressure gauge, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods.
• Lay out full scale drawings of pipe systems, supports, and related equipment, following blueprints.
• Assist with other welders and fitters as needed on job sites.
• Cleans up jobsites after completion
