Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in tractors and agricultural equipment.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, hydraulics, and other components.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics and reference manuals, workshop manuals, and OEM reps.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on tractors and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand service needs and provide advice.
• Order parts as needed to complete jobs.
• Maintain records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours.
