Southeast Connections, LLC is seeking an As-Built Project Coordinator in Kernersville, NC. The role focuses on managing and documenting final construction changes, creating accurate field-verified as-built records for project closeout, and coordinating with field teams and management.

Responsibilities include reviewing daily reports, updating as-built drawings, validating field data, and supporting invoicing with precise documentation. Requires basic construction experience and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2+ years underground construction experience preferred.
• Project management knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in the Natural Gas Industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review field daily reports, identify billable items and update tracking sheets.
• Prepare/update As-Built drawings of newly installed underground gas facilities as construction progresses.
• Field-verify the accuracy of daily reports.
• Review and monitor project materials.
• Submit accurate As-Built drawings to support weekly invoices.
• Balance project totals and utilized materials.
