Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
• Experience with psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory strategy to drive adoption of the mental health therapy.
• Develop relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant medical education to providers.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Ops.
