ŌURA is seeking a Program Manager, Field Testing to own the execution layer of the growing Field Testing program. You will run active tests end-to-end, keep testers engaged, and manage hardware inventory with minimal oversight as the team scales.

The role is a U.S.-based hybrid position requiring 2–3 days in the office. Preference for candidates in San Francisco or San Diego, with collaboration across product, hardware, and QA teams.

• Own the execution layer of Oura's Field Testing program.
• Coordinate with the Field Testing DRI and cross-functional teams.
• Run active tests end-to-end with minimal oversight once ramped.
• Engage testers, maintain feedback flow, and account for hardware inventory.
