Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience as a software test engineer or in a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including defect documentation and test reporting.
• Ability to safely access and work on agricultural equipment in field environments.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting of electrical and software integration issues.
• Experience developing and executing test cases from system and software requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform software validation testing of Offboard software on agricultural equipment in field and bench environments.
• Analyze and review system software requirements to develop test strategies and plans.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases and procedures aligned with feature functionality and performance expectations.
• Analyze test results and failures, perform root cause investigation, and distinguish between test issues and software defects.
• Create, maintain, and communicate test reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, test results, and identified defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Product Validation teams to ensure complete validation coverage.
• Support coordination of test activities with internal teams and external partners, as required.
• Identify and contribute to improvements in test processes, methodologies, and tools.
