Responsibilities

• Perform field validation, machine evaluations, and functional/safety testing.
• Operate and test tractors, harvesters, combines, and other agricultural machinery.
• Collect and analyze data using instrumentation and data acquisition tools.
• Evaluate noise, vibration, speed, torque, hydraulic pressure/flow, and electronic signals.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic system issues.
• Inspect, repair, and prepare prototype and pre-production equipment for testing.
• Document test results, prepare reports, and support root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with design, software, and manufacturing engineering teams.
• Interact professionally with dealers and farmers while maintaining prototype confidentiality.

• Collect and analyze data using instrumentation and data acquisition tools.

Required Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling approximately 50%.
• Ability to work directly on heavy equipment and prototype machines.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with instrumentation, data acquisition systems, hydraulics, CAN, or electronic control systems.
• Background in agricultural equipment testing or crop-harvesting machinery.
