GemOne, a global tech company within TVH Parts Co., seeks a Telematics Integration Specialist to join our team in Olathe, KS. This hybrid role bridges hardware engineering and advanced technical support, documenting telematics hardware integration with industrial machines and prototyping harnesses.

Responsibilities include CAN data captures, wiring harness development, and providing Tier 2 technical account management to dealers and end-users onsite or remotely. Travel up to 50–60% is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for CAN data captures and field tests (50–60% travel).
• Create machine documentation covering CAN bus and connectors.
• Design wiring harnesses for industrial machines.
• Support hardware/firmware validation from prototype to release.
• Develop knowledge of product offerings to identify issues.
• Serve as Tier 2 TAM for dealers and end-users remotely and onsite.
• Represent the customer voice to internal teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
