Kanaan Communications is seeking an ISP/OSP Technician in Westerville, OH. The role involves installing telecom cabling in commercial and residential spaces and performing aerial work from a bucket truck, climbing poles up to 40 feet, and testing equipment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Telecommunications experience preferred, but WILL TRAIN.
• Knowledge of established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Install telecommunications cabling through commercial and residential units.
• Work on aerial spans to diagnose, repair or replace the customer’s equipment as needed.
• Data collection and test procedures.
• Fire caulking, air sealing and waterproofing work completed.
