You will read node prints, support status monitoring installations, and follow established technical processes while maintaining safety standards.

The role involves on-call rotation, regional assignments, and collaboration across teams to resolve customer issues and maintain network health.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
• Ability to read node prints and interpret measurements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair RF and coaxial/fiber networks.
• Maintain logs and respond to field dispatches promptly.
• Provide technical support to other departments as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and regional market assignments.
