Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot telecommunications systems at customer sites.
• Service VoIP phones and network equipment; install cabling and related hardware.
• Test installations and ensure system reliability; document job notes and equipment.
• Explain system operation and basic troubleshooting to customers; maintain safety standards.
