Job summary

White Mountain Cable Construction, LLC is seeking a Laborer Telecom Aerial in Epsom, NH. You’ll support an aerial telecom crew with installing and maintaining fiber and telecom cables, equipment, and materials on site.

Applicants must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and have a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to become a certified pole climber are required. Training is provided and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Certified pole climber or willingness to become certified.
• Labor experience in telecommunications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Operate and reposition bucket trucks, trailers, and equipment as directed.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notifications before starting work each day.
• Stock, clean, and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging with shovels and mechanical tools.
• Direct or flag traffic flow per DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and on-call/afterhours as needed.
• Work in all weather conditions.
