Job summary

Flintco, LLC is seeking a Construction Field Technology Engineer to execute data collection using LiDAR, UAV and 360 cameras, and to verify field layouts with advanced tools. This role supports project teams, emphasizes safety, and requires learning new hardware and software quickly.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction, familiarity with Bluebeam/Procore and Revit/AutoCAD, and OSHA FAA credentials preferred. On-site work across various sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or professional coursework in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience with LiDAR hardware/software, robotic total stations, or surveying preferred.
• Experience with construction management tools (Bluebeam, Procore or similar) and VDC software (Revit, AutoCAD).
• OSHA 10/30 or FAA Part 107 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform data collection using LiDAR scanners, UAV, and 360 cameras.
• Perform field layout and verification using innovative technologies.
• Verify subcontractor and self-perform layout using innovative technologies.
• Follow safety procedures and SOPs while performing reality capture services.
• Good communication skills to articulate challenges, use-cases, and success stories to clients and internal teams.
• Serve as an ambassador for CFT efforts and collaborate with project teams.
• May manage direct reports.
