Job summary

BryComm, LLC is seeking a Field Technician to install structured cabling, CCTV cameras, IP devices, and related infrastructure across new builds and retrofits in diverse environments. You will contribute to cabling runs, terminations, labeling and on-site QA with a crew.

The role requires basic networking knowledge, ability to read blueprints, and willingness to learn from lead technicians. Physical work and team collaboration are essential across project sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Certifications in at least one VMS system.
• Certifications in at least one structured cabling system.
• At least 1 year experience as Installer or equivalent.
• Successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Install structured cabling systems (copper, fiber, low-voltage).
• Install network switches, wireless APs and other IP devices.
• Install CCTV cameras and NVRs/VMS platforms.
• Install cable pathways and document cable labeling.
• Read blueprints and site diagrams to plan installations.
• Work with project team and mentor junior technicians.
