Job summary

Window Nation is seeking a skilled installer/technician to visit residential sites, measure windows, and ensure installation specifications are met. The role supports pricing, reviews projects with customers, and anticipates roadblocks that could affect costs and code compliance.

You will manage change orders, parts inventory, and service assessments, while maintaining proficiency in Window Nation products and installation techniques.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional experience measuring replacement windows.
• 2+ years professional experience installing/repairing windows, roofing, siding, and related home improvement projects.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential customer sites to measure window, door openings as needed.
• Ensure order meets installation specifications and purchase order requirements.
• Support pricing by providing accurate measurements for labor/materials.
• Review installation project with customers.
• Identify potential roadblocks affecting cost or code performance and suggest solutions.
• Execute change order specifications.
• Maintain service parts inventory and equipment.
• Complete service assessments and communicate needs to stakeholders.
• Fulfill service appointment specifications.
