Job summary

FloWater in Ontario, CA is hiring a full-time Field Service Technician to install and service Refill Stations and keep customer equipment running smoothly. You will perform light plumbing, handle on-site repairs, and ensure high-quality, timely service. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently with occasional weekend hours and a valid U.S.

driver\'s license. Experience with water filtration or espresso machines is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years field maintenance experience installing and servicing water filtration systems or appliances.
• Experience with coffee or ice machines is a plus.
• Strong communicator and highly organized with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• 70% field work; 30% warehouse work in Refurb department.
• Light plumbing work and installation of new Refill Stations.
• Filter changes and repairs at customer sites.
• General service maintenance and cleaning of Refill Stations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines.
• Flexible with time-daily schedule changes and some weekend work.
