As a Field Technician VI, you will work with some of Spectrum's largest clients, including government entities, educational institutions, large corporations, and other carriers. Your interpersonal skills will help you build relationships and ensure smooth installation and service processes. You will also coordinate with multiple departments and provide remote support for Enterprise Engineering at data centers and customer premises.
This role is primarily indoors in a fast-paced environment within multi-tenant buildings at various locations. It includes mandatory on-call rotations.
