Job summary

Cennox is seeking an Experienced Field Technician to support our expanding Field Services division in the Bronx, NY. You will service customers by performing preventative maintenance, installing equipment, diagnosing issues, and training customers on financial equipment across Bronx and surrounding areas.

The role requires hands-on electro-mechanical skills, 3+ years in low voltage electronics, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience.
• Electro-mechanical skills; ability to use basic hand tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Service customers by performing preventative maintenance and installation.
• Diagnose issues with financial equipment and train customers on proper use.
• Support cross-training for other business lines.
