You will lead crews, train teammates, and support daily operations, with opportunities to advance as proficiency is demonstrated. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in this fast-paced field.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in supervision or crew lead roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience in restoration, moving, warehousing, logistics, or related industries is a plus.
• Experience driving box trucks is a plus.
• Customer service experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support team members in the field.
• Assist with packing, inventory, and contents moving.
• Coordinate daily project activities and crew assignments.
• Ensure company quality standards are met.
• Train and coach technicians on procedures and best practices.
• Communicate project updates to management.
• Help maintain equipment, supplies, and company vehicles.
• Resolve job-site issues and support customer satisfaction.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
