1-800-Packouts of Georgia is seeking a motivated Field Technician (Team lead Trainee) to grow into a leadership role through hands-on field experience, learning contents restoration, equipment, and customer service standards. You will progress into coordinating crews and daily operations as you gain proficiency.

Successful candidates have experience in restoration, construction, warehousing, or supervision and can lead crews, train teammates, and support project scheduling with a focus on safety

Qualifications

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Previous leadership, supervisory, crew lead, or team coordination experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work as needed
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, moving, warehousing, logistics, or related industries
• Experience driving box trucks
• Experience training or mentoring others
• Customer service experience
• IICRC certifications are a plus

Pay Range$17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, leadership ability, and industry knowledge.
