1-800-Packouts of Georgia seeks a motivated Field Technician (Team lead Trainee) to learn our contents restoration processes and lead field crews as you grow. You will gain hands-on experience, then transition into increased leadership responsibilities, coordinating crews and supporting daily operations.

Starting with hands-on field work, you will learn packing, restoration, documentation, equipment use, and customer service standards before taking on leadership duties and driving operational

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in teams.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Previous leadership, supervisory, crew lead, or team coordination experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work as needed
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, moving, warehousing, logistics, or relatedindustries
• Experience driving box trucks
• Experience training or mentoring others
• Customer service experience
• IICRC certifications are a plus

Pay Range

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, leadership ability, and industry knowledge.
