As proficiency is demonstrated, the Field Technician will transition into increased leadership responsibilities, helping coordinate crews, train team members, and support daily operations.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, moving, warehousing, logistics, or related industries
• Experience driving box trucks
• Experience training or mentoring others
• Customer service experience
• IICRC certifications are a plus

Pay Range$17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, leadership ability, and industry knowledge.
