1-800-Packouts of Georgia is seeking a motivated, hands-on Field Technician (Team Lead Trainee) to grow into a leadership role. You’ll learn contents restoration, equipment, and customer service through hands-on field experience, then lead crews and coordinate daily operations.

This position suits someone with experience in restoration, construction, warehousing, logistics, or supervision who is ready to advance.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Previous leadership, supervisory, crew lead, or team coordination experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work as needed
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, moving, warehousing, logistics, or relatedindustries
• Experience driving box trucks
• Experience training or mentoring others
• Customer service experience
• IICRC certifications are a plus

Pay Range

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, leadership ability, and industry knowledge.
