Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services and educate customers. This entry-level role includes training and a clear path to earn more through our self-progression program, with 10% increases at each progression level and potential bonuses for coursework.

You’ll work outdoors, travel to customer sites, and join a team that values problem solving and customer relationships. This role offers a pathway to leadership and industry certifications.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to customer premises and related locations.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency with computers and software; competent with hand tools.
• Abilities: Strong communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
• Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record per company standards.
• Physical: Lift, climb, work outdoors and in varying conditions.

Responsibilities
