Spectrum, a leading communications provider, is hiring a Field Technician to install and repair services and educate customers on their use. This entry-level position includes training to help you succeed and progress within the company.

You will work outdoors, visiting customer premises, with opportunities for self-progression and raises as you advance through technician levels and earn relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to travel to and from customer premises and company facilities as necessary.
• Proficiency in using computers and software applications; competent with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair Spectrum services at customer locations.
• Educate customers on product use and features.
• Travel to and from customer premises, including during inclement weather.
• Safely use hand tools and work outdoors in varied environments.
