Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services for customers, educating them on use while working outdoors in varied environments. Entry-level training is provided, with clear paths for advancement and higher pay through our self-progression plan.

Earn $20.50 per hour from day one with opportunities to progress to Field Technician IV, receiving 10% increases at each level and bonuses for coursework. Spectrum offers career growth and industry-recognized certifications.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from customer locations as needed.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical: Proficient with computers and software; able to use hand tools.
• Abilities: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, reliability.
• License: Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Physical: Lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, work outdoors in various conditions.
