Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services, educate customers on their use, and build a long‑term career. In this entry‑level role, we provide training and the opportunity to progress through our self‑progression plan, moving from Technician I to Technician IV with 10% increases at each step.

You’ll work outdoors, travel to customer sites, and tackle daily challenges while staying active.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Travel to and from assigned customer premises and locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency with computers and software; competent with hand tools.
• Abilities: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, reliability.
• Valid Driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Physical: Walk varying terrains; lift up to 75 lbs; climb ladders; work outdoors.
