Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Field Technician to install and repair services for residential customers. The role offers training to help you progress through predefined levels with pay increases and opportunities for certifications.

As an entry-level position, it emphasizes hands-on learning, customer education, and building a long-term career within Spectrum’s field operations. You’ll work outdoors and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to customer premises and other locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical: Proficiency with computers and software applications; able to use hand tools.
• Abilities: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
• Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Physical: Lift up to 75 lbs; climb ladders; work outdoors in varying conditions.
