Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Field Technician to install and repair services at customer sites across diverse environments. You will educate customers on product use, troubleshoot issues, and participate in a structured self-progression plan to advance through technician levels with increasing pay.

Entry-level role offering on-the-job training, with opportunities for career growth, bonuses, and certifications. Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from customer premises and other locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency with computers and software applications; competent with hand tools.
• Abilities: Strong communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, reliability.
