Job summary

DISH is seeking a Field Technician to visit customers’ homes and deliver a world-class experience. You will install and educate on DISH services and smart home solutions, representing the company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities include in-home service visits, safety checks, and promoting DISH products. Eligible candidates should be ready for physical work, have reliable transportation, and be able to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly and provide great service.
• Ability to work at heights, including ladders up to 40 feet.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license in the state of employment.
• Travel may be required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers' homes daily and deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Educate customers on smart home possibilities and install services.
